Leora is an Associate Member of the Association of Educational Therapists (AET), and holds a Masters in Social and Emotional Learning from National University. She has over eleven years working in education, ten of which have focused on working with students who have learning differences. She has worked in the school and clinical setting. She is trained in Wilson Reading Systems, and all Lindamood-Bell programs as she worked as an in-house clinician, mentor, and testing administrator there. She earned her Professional Certificate in Educational Therapy from UC Riverside. Her undergraduate work in American Studies/Cultural Studies was completed at Wesleyan University (Middletown) and Smith College.
