I'm an educational therapist in private practice in Beverly Hills. I'm also a LCSW. I work with preschoolers through eighth graders who have learning disabilities, AD/HD, Executive Function Disorder, language and visual processing disorders, and anxiety disorders. I graduated in June, 2002 from the UCLA Certificate Program in Educational Therapy. As an educational therapist and LCSW, I've worked with children in schools, pediatric hospitals, and social service settings. I provide intensive individualized interventions designed to remediate learning problems in reading, spelling, writing, math, organizational and study skills, and other areas. I assist children and their parents with clarification of the child's strengths and weaknesses and help to develop compensatory strategies, provide case management, and refer and frequently consult with teachers and other allied professionals.
