I works with children, adolescents, parents and families. My approach depends on my client’s age and their specific challenges. - Younger children engage in play therapy in a safe, friendly environment where they can freely express and learn about themselves. - An exploration of life experiences and moods help older children and adolescents to recognize how their unique pain points are contributing to disabling their potential . At a pace with which they are comfortable, I encourage the development of healthy coping skills and a growth mindset, to empower putting your best foot forward each day. - Parenting is the most important but toughest job on the planet. Conversations on how to co-parent, regardless of whether parents are together or separated, can become heated and painful. I join with both parents to find the best child-centered parenting approaches, allowing for the unique relationship dynamic between co-parents. I also offers a 12-week structured course for those who have been court-ordered to attend a co-parenting class. - In some situations, I works with several family members together, to create positive and supportive interactions between adults and children.
